Cre8tion Glow in the Dark Soak Off Gel is not only great with the lights on. When the lights go out, everyone else will be left in the dark. Top gel goes on clear in the daylight and has a green tinted glow in the dark! Use this topcoat with any gel polish colour of your choice to give your colour a glow in the dark effect. Cure under LED or UV.
