Super Dip Base: The second step in the dipping system process. This is used before dipping the nail in powder; the base allows the powder to adhere to the area applied and maintain long lasting wear.
This Super Dip Base by Chisel has a special formula where you will not need to use an Activator/Sealer to secure the powder. Simply apply Top coat right after!
